Born Learning

Born Learning is a national public engagement campaign that helps parents, caregivers and communities design effective early learning opportunities for young children. The Born Learning campaign is built on awareness,
education and action, and uses the following
public-facing mediums to deliver its message:
º Public service advertising including a web site and free educational material that suggest easily doable steps toward helping young children learn.
º Community action tools support or change to policy, programs or funding that affects educational programs for young children. Born Learning uses the visibility that these governmental actions create to galvanize communities around early learning.
Born Learning works in partnership with United Way and United Way Success By 6, the Ad Council, Civitas, and the Families and Work Institute. It is an unprecedented partnership, bringing together a nationwide community impact network with the nation's pre-eminent public service advertiser, a top expert in parent outreach strategies and creative marketing for early childhood, and a pre-eminent research institute that is translating the latest early learning research into practice.
