Play Smart

Play Smart is a collaborative program that brings together Smart Start / The United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and the Kaplan Early Learning Company to enhance infant and toddler playgrounds, and promote safety and educational play for our youngest children.

Outdoor play, especially before the age of 5, presents children with unique sights, smells, and sounds that stimulate creativity and imagination, and is an important part of social and intellectual development.
